Remove the sticky label that covers the refilling ports, force air through the ports by blowing with your mouth and the ink will exude from the printer head. This will usually clear the printer head. It happened in a split second. I was in complete shock and didn't realize what was going on. A second later I did and couldn't help but laugh.
